Using this app, you can connect with fellow attendees, watch mainstage presentations, send chat messages, and explore sponsor and partner information. The following tips will ensure you have the best experience possible while navigating Summit in Bizzabo.

Before the event

You will receive an automated email from Code for America with a magic link that will lead you to download the Bizzabo app (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and then open our event. If you have not received this email, please contact us at summit@codeforamerica.org.

Once you are in the app, we recommend you view the schedule and build out your profile with a profile picture and your contact information. Please do this in advance of Code for America Summit.

Viewing the agenda

Once you are logged in, you can see the schedule of all sessions available to you, depending on your ticket type. In-person attendees will see all sessions, whereas virtual attendees will see the mainstage sessions only. We encourage in-person attendees to view the agenda, add sessions of interest to your personal schedule, and begin networking with other attendees.

Other important information

Please find important event information on the home tab of the mobile app. This will include our Code of Conduct, information about local restaurants, our venue map, and more.

Additionally, for those who have purchased livestream tickets, the agenda is where the live broadcast of the mainstage sessions from the in-person summit in Oakland will be streamed. The live broadcast from the mainstage will open the event on both May 29 and May 30 (on-demand is not available). Each session will be available live 10 minutes before the official start time.

Meet like minded people in our Community. Here you can easily search or filter to find peers to connect with through one-on-one messages. Or, you can also set your availability in advance and use AI-driven scheduling tool to seamlessly book meetings with other attendees.
