Code for America will use RingCentral Events as our official Summit mobile app.
This app is designed to keep you informed with the most up-to-date schedule details, assist with navigating the venue, allow you to view speakers, and help you connect with fellow attendees during the event.
This guide will walk you through how to access the app and ensure you have everything you need to navigate Summit with ease.
Before the event
Download the app
Download the RingCentral Events app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in
Code for America will send a link to the email address you used to register. On your mobile device, click the “Login & Join Event” button in that email to be taken directly to the event’s reception page in the mobile app.
Note: If the RingCentral Events app isn’t installed, the link will open in your web browser instead. We recommend downloading the app for easier access and real-time notifications during Summit.
Set up your profile
Complete your profile to help others connect with you.
- Tap the profile icon in the left-hand corner
- Toggle on ‘I’m an in-person attendee’
- Tap ‘Edit profile’
- Upload your photo, update your name, add your job title and organization to the headline field, and include social media profile links if desired
- Tap save when you’re finished
